Acceptable Use Policy

The following will result in the termination of an account without refund, at the least:

Content - All services provided may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or Local law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statutes. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Disclaimer - Aderes and our network providers are not responsible for any damages caused by services provided, and makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.

Refusal of service - Aderes reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at its sole discretion.

Payment - Payments are due at the beginning of every billing cycle. It is the customer's sole responsibity to provide payment for the services by the due date and otherwise inform Aderes or its billing partner of any change in credit card information or other billing information. If a payment has not been received by the due date the account will be suspended and the customer will be contacted. If within 15 days payment has not been arranged, the account will be deleted and all files and other information will be lost. Aderes reserves the right to waive any of the above limits.

Cancellation - At any time a customer may contact Aderes and request that their account be cancelled. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information on how data will be handeled. Cancellation does not relieve the customer from the current billing cycle's payment.

Money back guarantee - If a customer is dissatisfied with his or her service, he or she may request a refund up to 15 days after a payment has been made. This guarantee will provide a no questions asked, prompt refund of the entire payment amount. This refund does not apply to the 30-day trial service.

Refunds - A refund may be issued up to 60 days after the first day of service. To request a refund, a customer must provide notice of the reason a refund is requested, and any source of dissatisfaction. A prorated refund may be provided if the refund request is received more than 15 days after the payment date. A refund request following the 60th day of service may be issued as a service credit, at our discretion. Only one refund request may be granted per person.

Changes
Aderes reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. If there are significant changes, Aderes will inform all members at the time of the change.

All accounts and customers using our services must adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
